I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I know the most people view here, so that's why I did it. Anyhow, they have the BEST, I repeat the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with! :dblthumb2: They stand behind their products and make sure the customer is happy in the end. I had a recent experience that I'd like to share. I was unhappy with a product I received, and I posted about it(not knocking the company) to see if others had similar experiences. They saw it, stepped up to the plate and said they will replace the product for free. I thought that was awesome! However, I called them the next day to see if I could apply the cost of the product to something else that was more desirable to me. They did that with no questions AND threw in the replacement product with my order!! A truly well run business!! :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:
