Hi everyone

I think I had a brain fart yesterday. I was looking at my new/used caliber that I just bought from the dealer. I had told the salesman not to touch it (Dealership detailers are not awarded the time or meterials to do a proper job) but they tried to buff it anyway. So as I looked at my swirly car full of buffer marks and I was wondering what to do. I did not feel like taking out the rotary and all the products and do a 3 or 4 step job.

So I came up with the dumbest question off them all, can I use megs colorX with a rotary and what kind of results can I expect ?

I ended up doing a 3 step but as I looked at my girlfriend's swirlly black civic the question remained. What do you guys think ?

Meguiars ColorX is not formulated for use with a rotary buffer.

Meguiars M06 Cleaner Wax, M66 Quick Detailer, and D-151 Paint Reconditioning Cream are though.

.

But why ? Is it going to dry too fast or will it overheat ?

Thanks
