Does anyone have any good ratios for Meg's APC?

I just use two basic ones: (Water:APC)

3:1 - Anything on the exterior
10:1 - Anything on the interior

For the most part those have worked well for me

HA! Awesome timing for this thread, I just got a gallon of APC (not APC+) and am **JUST** about to use it.

I'm thinking for cleaning tyres, a ratio of 1:6 would be fine?

If anyone knows a better ratio, then please tell me :props:

Maybe Mike has some sweet chart stored away somewhere and would like to share. I sprayed some full strength on some bug guts and they just melted away. Was just wondering whats too strong for some applications and what is just wasting product.

Anybody know if those ratio will also work with DP Cleanse-All Exterior Cleaner ?
Thanks.

I'm confident I have a text answer to this on MOL as it's come up a lot over time...

That's correct, here's a little more...

I mix my APC/APC+/Wheel Brightner/Super Degreaser to 7:1, easy forumula, 28oz of water and 4oz of product and gives you 32 oz of product.....

Here is the bottle and how to mix.....

Here is a chart for mixing ratios, I picked 7:1 as it's ease of mixing.....
http://www.autogeekonline.net/gallery/data/717/medium/dilution_chart.jpg

So far the 7:1 ratio has worked well for me, not too strong and not too weak.....I have a back up bottle ready to go when one runs out.

I fill my bottle to the "fill" ring above the label with water and top with product to just about the first ring on the neck or so. Works well and quick for my 7:1 ratio.

So what do you use this concoction for?

BTW, great tip with the chart for mixing ratios!

APC? APC = All Purpose Cleaner and I use it on just about everything to clean, engine bays, interior, tires, door jambs, household stuff etc....

APC+ is a low foaming forumula for carpet extractors and works great.

LOL, I thought you meant you would add them all to one bottle, making a special-secret brake-dust-busting cleaner ;)

Thats what I get for going online when I have insomnia!
