I have some windshield wiper streaking and it appears to be in the glass. What would be the better of the products to remove or at least reduce this problem? The car is almost 20 years old and probably has never been really cleaned. I've owned it for 5 years and never paid attention to it until joining this forum.

OHH!!! I hate that happening!

It's caused by the pores of the glass being clogged up with greases (including waxes, silicones, road oils, residue from wash 'n waxs" etc).

The only way to remove it is to use a waterspot remover scrub.

The one I use isn't sold on AG and is made by a local company, but you could probably try the 1Z One, or I think DP has one too. (I'll include a product link later, I have to go now)

Here is a good place to start.

Diamondite® Glasswork System Kit cleans, restores, and protects auto glass windshields and windows. Restore car glass with Diamondite glass polish. (http://www.autogeek.net/diamondite-glasswork-kit.html)
