After trying multiple compounds including M105 and M205 and often getting disgusted with the results from the 105 (being very finicky) I tried 3M compound, finishing polish, and ultra finishing polish. It is their "Perfect It" line. It is the best stuff I have ever used. Very easy. Doesnt care if the surface is a little warm or if its humid or dry. It cuts very fast and the polish finishes off very very well. Better than the 205 does. I use a Flex rotary with it at 2500rpm all the time. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this?

Which perfect it line? There are multiple. I assume you are talking about the 3000 line? If so then I do like the extra cut compound and ultrafina but I can live without the swirlmark remover as its full of fillers. The perfect it III machine glaze that replaced the SMR is great though. In my experience extra cut compound does have alot of cut but doesnt finish anywhere near as close as M105 does.

I use all of their PRO LINE / "Perfect-It" products or that's the way it was explained to me, along with their pads & system. I LOVE it, works, simple, results amazing. :dblthumb2:
