Canadian for steam cleaning

Hey, all

I'm from canada, starting a mobile detailing business. what i'm interested in is a steam cleaner for both interior and exterior.

Has anyone use a steam cleaner to clean the exterior of your cars?

I'm curious to know about this because if steam Is hotter than even boiling water I would wonder what that would do to a clear coat...?
My only assumption is that it's not safe for the clear.

according to kleenkar it won't damage paint if used properly. evidence below
