This is the first vehicle I've done for someone other than myself or family. (Even though this was a friend of the family) The truck was being used for the homecoming parade at the local college and I was asked to give it an overhaul.

The truck is washed on a regular basis, but it's typically with a drive through wash or by hand with Dawn and a rag (:nomore:) Even though this color seemed to hide them very well, there was a fair amount of swirls and scuffs which I managed a roughly 90% correction.

I wish I had gotten more pictures, but I was working on the truck till midnight and again at 7am this morning till the parade started and was pressed for time.

Used:

DP Auto Bath
Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay + DP clay lube
DP Exterior Cleanse All (diluted, wheels + bumper)
PCXP
Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover
Pinnacle Advanced Finishing Polish
2 coats of Liquid Soveran
1 coat of DP Max Wax
Interior 1Z Cockpit Premium
Woolite + Megs leather wipes

The floors are dirty in these pictures, but the owner keeps towels down to keep the carpets clean (they were spotless) so I just had to wash the towels and do a light vacuuming.

After: I thought I snapped some interior pictures right before the parade but either my camera is lying to me or I'm losing it.

Sun was going down last night.

Looks great! I really like the two tone seats with the gray stitching. Looks very classy for a work truck.

Thanks! I like those leather seats too. It seems to be a sturdier leather than I usually feel in most vehicles. The leather, the debadged sides and tailgate, painted/cleared plastic (mirrors and vents under wipers) and a few other things were all part of the Western Hauler package I believe.

After doing a vehicle that large, I'm extremely tempted to invest in a flex rotary. PC with 5.5 inch pads just took entirely too long
