I got the foam gun as a early birthday present from my mom. I was playing with it today and for those of you that dont have it... I highly recomend getting one! It is lots of fun and makes things alot quicker except when you are experimenting with it. here are some pics

It seems that it worked out pretty well. I havent' tried my Wolfgang Auto Bath in a foam gun yet, but I guess I should. You will love both in a foam gun - Poorboy's SS&S, and DP Xtreme formula.

Those pictures make me want to get a foam gun, my only question though is what is the best way to use it?

Would I spray the car completely with foam, let it sit on the car for a few minutes to let it encapsulate the dirt, and then rinse with clean water?

Or, do you spray the car with foam and then clean a panel at a time with the wash mitt and then rinse?

So what is the best way to use a foam gun?

The way I use mine is first I do a pre-soak and let the dirt loosen up in the foam. Then I rinse the car with clear water. I still keep a bucket of soapy water and a rinse bucket. I take my sheepskin out of the wash bucket and spray the area that I am washing with the foam gun while I wash. :)

i did both... but i was just fooling around. next time i will just lather up the panel and then lead the mitt.

Thanks for the tips on using the foam gun!...I think it will have to be one of my next AG purchases.

I currently have Poorboy's Super Slick & Suds, will this work will in the foam gun, or should I get the DP Xtreme Foam soap?

Now that you mentioned WG Auto Bathe, I'll add my 2 cents... I think it's one of the most underrated products available to us. In softened water, this stuff really excels and, IMO, suds up as well as any other product. Plus, it is very lubricant.
