Hello. Although I have visited the forum many times, I just joined. I need to purchase some supplies and the coupon/discount offers have enticed me.

Welcome Lee74C3! I bought a truck from a dealer in Lake Orion a few years back. Nice area.

We've lived here about 10 years now. Winters can be tough. Next move will be south of the Mason-Dixon line when I retire in about two years. Probably South Carolina.

Nittany Lion actually. We have lived in Michigan twice now for a total of 21 years. It is home. But, you just never forget your roots. Thanks for your welcome to the forum.

BTW, I'll aways be a Steelers Fan!

It looks like that there are enough Michigan auto devotees to start are own group.

Welcome all from the Tri Cities and points north.

Michigan weather is different, keeping your car clean is difficult. My house seems to be on the seagull flight path to the bay.

Welcome! I'm happy to say I use to live in southeast Michigan. Do you have a 74 C3?

Michigan weather sucks most of the time. As far as seagulls go I live accross from a crazy lady who feeds them. I like animals but sometimes I feel like getting a shotgun.

Yes, I do have a '74 Coupe, 454/Auto/AC/PS/PB/PW, Medium Red Metallic with silver custom leather. It's a great car. I've put a lot of work into it. NCRS Top Flight a few years ago. Now I enjoy driving it.

Up to two weeks ago I also had a '67 Coupe as well. I just couldn't keep up with maintaing two vintage Corvettes. One had to go. The '67 was worth more and easier to sell. I'm happy to keep the '74. It's twice the car for less than half the price.

Sea Gulls... we call them flying rats here!

Great cars! The 74 sounds really nice. You should do a detail and post up some pics.:dblthumb2: I use to have a 72 and an 81. I still have an 85, 08 Z06 and a couple of other sports cars. All of them are coupes.
