I already have the whole SSR line of Poorboys for car polishing.
But I'm looking for a finishing polish to give back gloss tot he paint before waxing.
Which one Should I pick ? Menzerna or Wolfgang ? Which one give a better gloss and is a better ALL-AROUND?

As a 3rd step I would go for menz 85RD. For a all around I would use menz 106FA or wolfgang FG, as they are both the same product.

Wolfgang FG is indeed closest in design to Nano polish by Menzerna.

It's weird. Why would wolfgang ask menzerna to do their product? Anyways, I prefer to pick Menzerna then. Better get the original.

I have the full Meguiars line of polishing compounds as well as the
Poorboys SSR line. A lot of my fellow local detailers are loyal to the
Menserna Polishing compunds. I will be ordering these products soon.
I have quite a bit of Poorboys to use up though. Mercedes using them
is a plus to me. Gonna find out why.

Which one do you prefer over Meg and Poorboys?
