Been hopping on this site for a few months but this is my first post. KC has THE Best barbecue in the nation. Now I know you folks in Texas, Memphis, the Carolinas all have great BBQ too, but, being raised on KC BBQ, well, I'm partial! New to detailing as a hobby and looking forward to learning. Thanks all!

Thanks for the tip. I'm going to read it all now.
And man, it's lunchtime here and that Carolina BBQ chicken and sausage certainly looks good!

I'm kinda partial to KC BBQ too. Did 6 racks of ribs two weeks ago with various sauces. Just started to delve into memphis dry rub ribs, still trying to get a good mix of spices........but I do concur, KC style is still the way to go. There is nuthin' better, on a Saturday, than putting on some ribs at noon, detailing the car all afternnon while listening to a Yankee game. Then around 5 pm, Yanks win game, car is spotless and ribs are ready to eat.

Kevin, my neighbor, thanks for the welcome. Anywhere in the area to get some of the professional detailing supplies?

Yankeefan-you got it right!
