Can you layer 2 different brands of sealents? Say DGPS and UPP. What would be the pros and cons of doing this?

My question would be why?

Sure you can, but like loudog2 asked, "why?"

Was just curious really. I was thinking maybe the first coat for durbility and the second for looks?

UPP looks awesome on flat paints, where DGPS looks awesome on metallics...durability is about the same...so, depending on the color, I'd do 2 coats of the same sealant.

You likely can top a fully cured sealant with another sealant without issue if experimenting. It is not common but likely ok.

I don't really see any cons and I don't really see any pros.

DGPS and UPP are both designed for good durability and good looks. Instead of doing one coat of each sealant, I would rather do two coats of one sealant.

When you say to apply two coats of one sealant... should you then let the sealant cure for 12hours then apply the second coat right on top?

yes. but i would do a qd wipedown before applying the second layer.

I often layer different sealants, just to experiment. But after the first layer, I wait till I wash the vehicle before I apply the second layer, so it's typicaly a week later.

I have topped WGS3.0 with 4 Star UPP and also have topped UPGP with 4 Star UPP and then with Optiseal......seems to work fine.

I also have topped different carnaubas (say Fuzion with Hard Candy)and have seen no ill effects. Just make sure the first layer is fully cured and either do a waterless wash wipedown or wash the vehicle before applying the second layer.
