Its not my personal preference to put glazes under a synthetic. I suppose you *could*, but for me, I prefer to set a strong foundation and then top it with the candy products :)
I would say that putting a glaze under a synthetic sealant would be like putting sealant over wax, it won't be able to bond.
If you really feel like using a glaze, use a wax as a LSP (I reccomend P21s 100% Carnuaba). If you really want the sealant, maybe you could apply the Glaze, then use 50/50 Alcohol/ water to remove it and then proceed with the sealant (although I think that would negate the point of the glaze).
There is nothing better than experimenting. The worst outcome will be that your protection won't last very long.
