I am sorry if this a stupid inquiry; i got a sample of the dodo juice mentioned and it seems very grainy to me. Is that because of the high carnuba content?

I wish I could help you with this. I do not have any experience with the Dodo line. I did however look this product up and it says they use
powdered carnauba in it. That might be a reason. Wait till someone
familiar with it answers.

Good question. I have the 'Rain Forest Rub' (thank you Megan :)) and it too is grainy. Don't know why but I do know it looks damn good on my black Nissan. I have used quite a few waxes and this is the first one I have seen with this texture. Great wax, although I still love my Fuzion :)

the texture is a bit different than waxes like Pinnacle which also use the best of ingredients. The process is the same, apply as light as possible for easier buffing and removal. More does not equate to better protection, just harder to remove.

So is the true they use powered carnauba?

I use the soft purple haze. Absolutely wicked on black, certainly better than Souveran, but doesn't last nearly as long. Yes it has a mildly grainy texture. Would that be the lavendar buds? I don't know and I don't care. :righton:
