Is this product do anything more or different than using a polish cleaner such as IA or Menzerna Top Inspection?

The bonding agent is supposed to remove old wax and prepare the surface for a Duragloss polish, such as #105 Total Performance Polish.

Unlike polishes, you apply the Bonding Agent on the entire vehicle but you don't buff it off. Then you apply the Duragloss polish right on top and then buff them both out together. Supposedly it enhances the bond for the Duragloss polish for better durability.
