Here's some afters of a 89 Corvette I did while home. The owner was kind enough to send them to me, so I apologize for the quality. I don't have any before or during photo's (camera was with the wife). Suffice it to say though this car was hammered. Original paint, typical Corvette hard as nails clear.

Process was:

Wheels and wheel wells pre rinsed, sprayed with Amazing Roll Off left to dwell 3 minutes each
Agitated lug nuts, and calipers with Autogeek lug nut brush.
Agitated wells with wheel well brush
Wiped wheels and wells with Mothers car wash and EZ-Detail brush to do inside of wheels, sprayed off

Foamed with DP Extreme Foam Car Wash with 1 teaspoon of Simple Green that was pre-mixed with water at 30:1
Wiped down with lambs wool mitt
Air dried with Craftsman blower and Cobra Guzzler HD drying towel

Spot clayed rocker panels with Wolfgang Elastic Clay and ONR at quick detailer strength

Polished with Purple foamed wool pad with Menzerna SIP (Super Intense Polish), at 1800rpm
Polished with White pad with Menzerna 106FA (Super Finish) at 1500rpm, 1200rpm and jeweled at 1000rpm

Foamed again with Surf City Garage car wash shampoo
Wiped down with lambs wool mitt
Air dried with Craftsman blower and Cabra Guzzler HD drying towel

Cleaned all plastic lenses with Klasse All In One.
Polished emblems with Klasse All In One

Last Step Product of choice DP Maxwax
Tires dressed with Wolfgang Black Diamond tire gel
Exhaust tips polished with #0000 steel wool and Surf City Garage Clearly Better Glass Cleaner as lube
Windows cleaned with Surf City Garage Clearly Better Glass Cleaner
Rubber trim dressed with 1Z Einsett Gummi Pledge

Total time spent: 16 hours.

Ry, Thanks, I thought it turned out great considering it's never had more than cleaner wax on it or Reflections Top Coat (about 10 layers of it!). I think Maxwax looks even better than Fuzion personally. I mean I like it and all (got it on the Sub-zero sale), but the bang for the buck is great with Maxwax.

Meghan, yeah I did, he actually watched me do the whole wash and dry process, and the wax application. Told him no more circular motions when putting on wax, QD, anything. I'd expect a order of MF towels from him soon, some Guzzlers, a foam gun, and some DP Extreme Foam. He likes to do a lot of the work himself, but wanted to get rid of the scratches, and swirls. He's still sticking with his Mothers line, but at least he's gonna use the Reflections line, which in my opinion is a pretty good product.
