Will you might think i'm nuts, picked up a home unit water distiller (guy was giving it away for nothing) to make a long story short I own a deionizer unit but to buy new resin its not worth it since the water here sucks even through the water softner, I only get maybe 15-20 washes. So now I use distilled water which has 0 ppm, my TDS meter shows 0 (total dissolved solids). The unit makes 8 gallons a day, I rigged up a submersible pump which stays in the barrel, now I can rinse vehicles and NO MORE SPOTS. The water here has again etched my clear coat, had to polish out, so the distilled water is for rinse ONLY.

Try washing with ONR with distilled water. You only need 2-3 gallons for a complete rinseless wash and no water spots.

Distilled water often times has a high amout of Total Disolved Solids so you are fortunate !
