xmt glaze...can it be used on glass

can xmt glaze be used on glass like rain-x.or do you all have a better recomendation.

AIO

Glazes have no protective properties, so it won't really do anything.

Ditto on AIO and regular maintainance with FK 425.

AIO rules on glass, never did anything else besides cleaning with qd'er when washing the truck. Going on 6 months now and still beads like hell, water just sheets right off when driving.

I also use Klasse All In One.
Clean your windows first using your favorite glass cleaner(stay away form Windex though). Then clay your glass using a clay bar and proper lubricant(I used Pinnacle Ultra Poly clay and Pinnacle clay lube and loved it!). Then wipe it all dry and apply AIO. Remember that it's wipe on, wipe off product. I know it's a long process, but you will love results!

Most qd'ers will help with water beading on glass, never found that I had to use a wax, rainx, or sealant specifically. In most cases with the use of a qd'er weekly after washing, I have found my glass beads so well I dont even need wipers.

Abrcrombe -- XMT glaze does have carnauba in it ;) but I'd stick with a good qd for windows.
