I have been using it dry and I don't know if that is correct.

That's fine, won't mar. I usually spray with either 425, AW, or DP Final Gloss) to lubricate and give extra pop.

I do this as well. Spray AW on car while wet and dry off. works good!

THX for the tip!I found when using a QD as a lub to wipe with the guzzler, it does affect the absorbency of the ww. Be sure to wash your ww after every use.

I also wash all my MF towels before first use to assure nothing attached in shipment.

ALWAYS! Then wring it out and you are good to dry.

If you ever have the extra cash get the Dynajet Wringer, you will not be sorry you did, I love that thing.
