Wax/Sealant Precipitation???

Daily driver sitting in sun seems to create wax spots as though the wax was not removed from the car surface when waxed several weeks ago....I liken it to chemical precipitation............others with experience and why????

I have heard of hazing and usually due to the overapplication of a wax or sealant. Less is more with waxes and sealants.

In your comments you suggest several weeks later, was car in sun prior and / or washed since applying the wax/sealant ?? If so, something else must be culprit.
