I am working on getting the interior of my Subaru legacy detailed. Some of the door panels and trim on the door jam has spots on them. I think they are water spots. What can I use to remove them? I tried wiping it down with a wet microfiber, but it looks like I need something stronger. The door panels are plastic. I know that speaker grille is going to be a pain to clean.
Here are some photos. See all that white stuff on the panels middle "seam" and in the speaker grille?

I would use an APC like Meguair's APC.

Griot's Garage Interior Cleaner works great.

If you can get the recommended products above, then give it a try, if not, you could try Goo-Off if the stains are too tough to remove like you said. Just try a little bit and rub gently...

I like the Ultima Interior Shampoo gel. I found that cleans up the interior nicely.
