Hello, after finding the System One thread yesterday and reading through most of it, (sorry for not being able to finish it), am I mistaken that autogeek had sold System One in the past but do not sell it here anymore?

Just wondering if I should go ahead and order it from System One's site.

I apologize in advance if thsi isn't the correct forum.

Thanks.

I used the old version of System One, and while it is a ok polish, Menzerna blows it away by far. It dusts pretty bad, and I had a hard time breaking it down in the humidity.

I'd say you'd probably be better off with Menzerna SIP, Nano, and 85RD or even Powerfinish and 85RD. Though I haven't tried the later combo yet.

Or go with the Megs 105/205 setup. It's getting pretty good reviews.

Hey,

I really like their Spray Wax. I can apply it in the sun and it leaves a really high gloss! I was actually quite surprised in how well it worked!! :)

I tried it just out of curiosity and it worked to a degree but it ate up the pads like crazy.I would clean and spur the pads but they were done after a panel or 2......so i would not rec this product to anyone.

The paint didnt look all that much better...even tho the cobwebs were gone.I still feel that this system is garbage.

I then finished with menzerna 106ff a week later and the paint looked great.

I have been getting great results from system one.

See below.
Also Gary from Polish and Wax.com has been giving me great support when I need it.

I speak with him almost daily about my jobs and any questions.
I have not used compound since I started using this product.

How can you say Poorboy's blows away S1 if you've never used S1?

BTW, I've heard good things about Poorboys...so I'm not trying to diss them. Just seems like people love to bash S1! Frequently, its people that have never used it. I just don't get that.

Oh and BTW S1 polish does dust A LOT... so get out your breathing apparatus before you start. :D

Flaco... i beleive i read from the owner if you add a little water to your polish it will cut down on the dust... i think i read it on this site when i searched for system one.. there was a big discussion when the owner Tom posted info on his product.

Hey everyone, appreciate the feedback. I went ahead and purchased the System One, so we'll see what happens.

My wife is driving a black 06 Hyundai Sonata that is covered with swirls and waves. I'll take before and afters along w/ some 50/50 pics. If it doesn't work, it's on to the M105.

If I can get it to look half as good as the dude who has the black Vette on here, (sorry I'm new here, can't remember his name), I'll be pleased. That Vette is the sweetest black car I've ever seen.

Donavin, I saw your post on the overspray, good job on that truck man. Looks good.
