Question:

Are the wheels on the new Chevrolet Suburbans get like this in time? From what I've seen driving around, most all of them look like this. What can bring them back to a nice shine? Feed back please The 2 stage on the Suburban came out fine. I had to get the tar off the driver side.

Okay. The wheels are dull/faded. What do you recommend on bringing shine out on those wheels?

On this page you will find the stuff you need. It will take some elbow grease to shine them up. Or, you can buy a drill attachment and make it easier.
Chrome polish, aluminum polish, stainless steel polish, metal sealant, Wolfgang metal polishes, Wenol metal polishes, Rolite metal polish, Flitz metal (http://autogeek.net/metal-wheel-polish.html)

you can us a metal polish ,it also remove water spots and stains while creating a high gloss shine. http://pppcm.com/72l1264.jpg

i have a suburban and the wheels are clear coated, your wheels look about as good as you can get, though you could polish them then wax. i have used m105 with a cordless drill and some spot buff pads with good results.http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk160/amy5732/DSC00804.jpg

THESE WHEELS ARE INDEED CLEARCOATED-- NO METAL POLISHES

Ok, got that out of the way. The milky appearance is indeed the clearcoat that GM uses on them and nature of the beast. Heres what I would do for best possible shape.

1. Wash --- P21S Wheel Cleaner
2. Clay
3. Polish --- With paint polishes to bring up reflection/gloss as possible
4. Protect -- DP or Poorboys Wheel Sealants
