need for speed

is there a thread for the recommended speeds of the PC when using various products? More specifically, I am looking for speeds when applying Poorboy's EX-P. Should I use a MF bonnet to buff the sealant?

Polishing --- 5 to 6 setting
waxing --- 3 setting
removal --- 2-4 setting

(these are general consensus settings)

That's mainly Sonus products, but it can still apply for certain polishes/waxes.
