Kompressor Pads

I was thinking of getting a Flex. Now, I am getting a rotary instead. Can anyone tell me how the Kompressor pads compare the the regular Lake Country CCS pads? I was thinking that with all those little "Tabs", that it would absorb all the compounding/polishing media. Anyone here use these w/ a rotary?

They work awesome with the rotary.

I have them, and really like them.

Anyone with a flex use them--I was wondering if there is excess space where they attach, making them waffle?
