What are your opinions on this product?

I use Z8 after a wash. I find a little goes a long way and that you really need to buff the surface of the car until all the liquid is gone. The Z6 is easier to use IMHO.

I like Blackfire detail spray and Duragloss Aquawax better. And there's that Automagic Hydroshine when you want to wax and not work.

Z6-QD and Z8 Sealant are great products, but a little pricey. You can cut both with distilled water 50/50 and the looks will be about the same. I have cut Z6, but not Z8.

I cut both Z-6 and Z8 a couple of days ago. Both look and act the same being diluted. imo

Z8 is one of the best spray sealant booster type products. I have not found a better choice on most sealants.

Z6 had its formula changed recently, and much slicker. I emailed Sal and told some minor changes were done to make it more like Z8 in feel. It does not however offer the same gloss when used full strength.

I think both products do justice to the Zaino line, and work equally well here on the sealants and waxes offered too.

Killr, have you cut Z8 50/50 and noticed any difference?

I don't mind paying good money for a good product. Almost without exception you get what you pay for. I've never used Zaino. I guess I'll give Z-8 a whirl.

i've cut z8 1:1 with DW. I would say that the gloss cuts down to about the Z6 level at 100% strength. Slickness does not dropp off as much as you would think.

I've given up on Z6 and Z8 after i've found DG AW though. IMHO AW is very similar to Z8.... a little "too similar"

I've never tried Z-8, but the Z-6 is a great QD that works on paint, plastic, glass, and chrome. It is on the bright and shiny side though, so I wouldn't use it with a wax that is going for a deep, dark shine. I've never diluted Z-6 and I don't think I ever will because although Z-6 is an expensive QD, I only need to use very little product to QD an entire car.

nada ... I use it quite sparingly in full form. Bottle lasts six months or so. I suggest one spritz per panel maybe two on 1/2 hood.

Thanks, how often do you use Z8?

usually after every other wash session. One week Z6 and one week Z8.. I use the line often on dads ride as sits outside 10 hours a day not far from beach and black in color. I am amazed at the durability and look of Z5Pro specifically on black. Its like Four Star UPP Polycharged in looks, missing the slickness, and seems to last longer. Since I only get to seal paint every 4-6 months its the best line of attack.

Its funny as I am a 'nuba lover by looks. So Vette is 'nuba , wifes truck is testbed for all, and dads CTS is Zaino'd so far this year.
