I just received this in my order that arrived on Monday.

It looks exactly as it says it does on the surface, it didn't change the look of my black plastic at all. I've only used it on the rear right door interior so far, but on the gray plastic and black vinyl it went on looking very very greasy (armor all greasy) but dried to a perfect finish, dried to how the door looked when it was new. I didn't have to buff it or anything to get the right look.
I just applied with the included sponge (using the soft red side), and waited for it to dry before touching.

It also feels nice as well, the description on the product page is how I would describe it.

I'm very impressed with it so far and I look forward to getting to work with it more this weekend when I have a chance to wash the car and do a full interior detail.

I'll post up some pics this weekend if I get a chance.

Oh, and I also used the Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel before applying the Interior Guard.

Ok, so I've taken some photos, but as for posting them on here, how do you guys do it?

I'm sure I've read somewhere that you host them on a photo sharing site and then link them somehow to here?

download them into your computer. Use the gallery above to load them into site. Then copy of address link of pic (right click for properties) and then place between image quotes. You can find this under "go advanced" its the little picture looking thing in yellow in top bar for post.

Well I have uploaded the pictures now, but I just have to stick them on here, it's getting late now so I'm going to go and try stick them in this post tomorrow night, but here is the link to my album that has the photos:

They are not in order, and there's a couple of pictures that I meant to delete but I can't work out how to.

Ultima Interior Gallery (http://www.autogeekonline.net/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=692)

EDIT: Whoops, I posted the wrong link the first time, it went to the entire Autogeekonline album. Hopefully I've put in the correct link this time.

Oki, now I finally have a chance to post the actual pictures on here haha.

I put these in a new post from above so you'll get a thread update via email.

I'm not going to put all the photos I took in this post, but if you want to see them all visit the link above.
I'll put the best photos for comparison on here.

As for my process, it was:

1) Clean using Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel (http://www.autogeek.net/ultima-interior-shampoo.html)- applied using interior sponge provided, using white "scrubbing" side, and also used a microfiber applicator to get into areas that the *huge* interior sponge wouldn't not reach.

2) Wipe immediately after shampooing using microfiber cloth and leaving completely dry.

3) Allowed about 10 minutes or so for any traces of moisture to completely evaporate (being that this is an interior "sealant" it works in the same way as a paint sealant, you need to let it cure away from moisture for 12 hours- they recommend overnight on the bottle).

4) Applied Ultima Interior Guard (http://www.autogeek.net/ultima-interior-guard-12.html) using the red side of included interior sponge.

5) Didn't touch for the rest of the night and left overnight to cure.

You'll also notice that I had my windows down when I was doing this, partially to stop it from coming in contact with the glass, and also to allow to ventilate the car as the "fresh" smell is quite strong. It also makes it easier to use the giant sponge as well LOL!

Same as above, just different angle:

This was a half and half that I did on the front left passenger door, I cleaned from the screw cover, and right with interior cleaning shampoo gel and also protected the same area, and from the screw and to the right, I didn't apply anything or clean it (this area was already very clean being as there is very little chance for any dirt to ever get to it):

And the products that I used (sorry they're a bit blurry coz' I had to turn of the flash because it just washed out the bottle labels):

This is a great product. I have been using it for a about 1.5 years on the interior of my Toyota 4Runner. It has a very nice matte finish. No greasy feeling etc.

Its a bit pricey but I recommend it.
