A couple boat interior ?

So i just had a guy call me about 5 mins ago. He wants to do a complete interior job on his boat tomorrow. Its not huge, i guess it would call it your average speed boat for wakeboarding.
He found a litter of kittens in it when he took his cover off and they completely trashed it, poop, hair, pee everywhere.
First question what should i or would you charge for it?
Second for the leather, is it like car leather or does it have a special coating on it to keep it water proof? I just dont know if i should use a conditioner on it after i clean it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Not a lot of help, but the boats I have owned all had vinyl seats, not leather.
I cleaned them regularly and treated them regularly with 303 Protectant.
The vinyl still looked great when I sold them after several years. One went through 19 seasons and the other went through 16 seasons.
