I picked up some M40 today at a local place. I have to say I think this is going to be my new go to interior dressing. I have some hyper dressing, and the m40 just seems so much better to me (hyper dressing 4:1). Now for the smell...Hyper Dressing smells, well, fruity. M40 has a more sophisticated smell.

Now I'm wondering how long M40 would last on tires and exterior items

I was a big m40 user for all my outside trim, wiper cowl and engine compartment until today! I received some DG non silocone dessing and this just blows m40 out the water! Amazing stuff! Smells better too! Can be used on vinal, tires and even leather. Try this and you will never go back to m40!

M40 is water based not the best for exterior. I love M40 for the interior. Many interior dressing are too shiny and causes glare M40 is a more natural look. All seasons Dressing from Meguiar's is my exterior dressing. It last along time. I use Solvent Based Dressing for my tires.
What is vinal? Do you mean vinyl.

You know what I ment! I cant belive you think that m40 gives you a natural look! When I would use it in the interior it was very shiny to me. Im serious though, get you some DG NSD, you will love it!
Spell check complete!!!

Ive got to say, I was surprised at how matte 303 is on plastics and vinyl. Definately better than my dad and his armor-all days

303 is not as matte looking as 1Z Cockpit.

I like M40 for the interior. It leaves the nice shiney look some people like or let it dry a bit and buff off with a MF towel and you have a nice natural look. Tires I use FK 108 or Meg ASD, exterior trim lately I have been using FK 108.
