Black 2000 Chevy truck, complete detail (no motor)

This truck belongs to a co-worker/friend of mine. Originally we were only going to do a 1-step correction. After doing a few test panels I was very unhappy with the results I was getting from my 1-step polishes. I called him up and asked for more time and offered to do a 2-step at no extra charge.

I had planned on using M205 as a 1-step via Flex 3401 but it was micro marring like crazy....yet it worked flawlessly on the rotary.

Nice job. Do you use Hyper Dressing in the wheel wells? If so, do you find it about as durable as other dressings like Undercarriage Spray from various suppliers?

Thank you! That means a lot to me. ;)

He seemed very happy and gave me a large tip...even though I told him not too.

Thanks Bunky!

I did use HD on the wheel wells for this one. I've never tried any of those undercarriage sprays as I'm not to concerned with how long it lasts. After all, they are only wheel wells. As long as it doesn't rain it seems a good week or more. ;)

I purchased one of those dual bulb xenon lights today from Pep Boys using the $10 off $30 purchase so it cost me about $20 net.

Thats a pretty good price. I don't know what I'd do without mine. I use it on both the interior and exterior.

Nicely done, as usual. You're turning in to a cruddy interior specialist :D

What do you generally use to dress RWL tires? Working around 'em by hand is a PITA. I tried Stoner's More Shine aerosol for those applications and liked it so much I use it for everything now.

Nice work! And yes the passion is there. On that note I am betting you were tickled pink to get something that you can Drastically Change the appearance in that much.

Oh that's just great...:D

I'll spray on the HD and then wipe them down with an old MF towel. They are a PITA to do but hate tire sling.
