Flex 3403?

Is the flex 3403 a rotary? Is says circular polisher, but I wasnt sure...

Flex 3403 is a rotary. It's a lightweight super high speed rotary the spins between 1100 and 3700 rpm's. A nice machine that has held up well for me.
