anyone ever tried klasse on plastic headlamps to increase clouding protection? I saw on the bottle you can use on plastic so I was thinking after normal plastic polishing process you could apply some klasse sealant to seal and protect the plastic. Maybe resulting in a longer interval between polishing. Thanks for any feedback.

I normally use DG 501 or 105 so sounds good to me.

any number of sealants or sprays can offer some very light protection, look for something with UV inhibitors in it. Just remember the coating is quite light and usually only good for a small bit of time.

I keep them coated with either a sealant like Duragloss #105 or Collinite 476s.

i just tried the Plexus spray and it really brightens the HL's up. Not sure how much protection it offers though.

Shouldn't be a problem, but don't expect too much protection. Nothing seem to last on the headlights. I just polish my headlights with a plastic polish like Mother's Plastic Polish. I just recently purchased the Mini-Powerball and it works great with the Plastic Polish on headlights.

Wash them well first with the Tornador, then apply the Plastix and buff--a great combo.

Klasse AIO and Klasse SG both bond to plastic. I have found that a lot of sealants bond well to headlights and tail lights as well.

How long will Klasse last on headlights? If it lasts for 6-12 months on paint, why would it not last that long on plastic?

If you want long term protection just apply the 3M clear plastic, same stuff as their clear bra.
