I am starting a complete Mobile Detailing business and had a few questions. With full paint correction, can it be done in direct sunlight if the customer has no garage or carport? I know some products warn not to be used in direct sunlight. What products can be used in direct sunlight involving paint correction? And what cannot? Do you mobile guys normally just set up a tent to work on cars when there is no shelter? Where do you find a portable shelter system that is big enough to work on full sized trucks and S.U.V.s? Most people that are really picky about their cars normally have a garage or carport shelter for their vehicles. But what do you guys do for the ones that dont? I dont have a shop, I am 100% mobile. Thanks in advance.

Don't take this as a definitive fact but i've heard the poorboy's ssr line works decently in the sun and ive heard alot about menzerna being very picky about temperature.
Here's a four-stall version--one for washing, one for waxing, final step, etc.

Seriously, you can find the portable canopies at Lowes/Home Dept, etc.
Good Luck

I would invest in a canopy.
Optimum and Danase Swirl Abolishers work well in the sun.
