my email confirmation did NOT list bonus item that my order listed? Does that mean I will not get the pads with the Menzerna SIP?

2nd - what is the satisfaction policy? I also ordered that Daytona Wheel Brush - I'm unhappy with the 20+ other brushes that I have ... the pictures appear like it will flex and clean rims ...

Freebies will not show up on your email since you are not paying for them, but they will be included. We have a 30 return policy on items.
