i am going to make the assumption that i dont want any product with mineral spirits, unless of course i need mineral spirits only... correct? especially ina sealant or wax...

Nothing wrong with mineral spirits. Compared with other solvents ,mineral spirits is a safe solvent.

even in sealants and wax? i understand a solvent is needed, this is just the first time ive seen a warning for any product...

poli-seal contains mineral spirits. Is that what you're getting at?

Its ok to use, as I said it is used to prep( clean) the surface and it is cheap to buy. I know, I made my own wax using it.

i was unaware... none of the products i have contain them... i guess that is what i am getting it... i understand that it is a solvent used, but assumed it wasnt used anymore...

it is still heavily used in the market, it is a great solvent and most products you will see say distillates, which is usually mineral spirits
