The rims on the Jeep SRT8's are polished alum. and then clear coated over. Anyone ever corrected the rims before? Maybe a light cut possible?

Well i have a similar problem. Not only do i need to have them polished, the lips on mine from the previous owner are tore all apart. Looks like her tried to repair is with a grinder and it looks awful.
Image are you able to fix stuff like that?? Even if it does need clear coat???
Treat them as you would the paint.

:whs:
unfortunately the milky appearance on the wheels is in the clearcoat and not easily removed. They can be paint polished to look better and more reflective however.
