After looking at that Website, I have seen enough Billy Mays to know to stay away. :)

Simoniz is just a brand-name product. Most machine car washes use their products or systems. Their consumer-line of products is mostly marketing and no performance.

Its like Kleenex ... its a brand name that is almost synonomous with the products it offers. I still think of it when watching infomercials and old fashion car washes.

Back in the 60's Simonize was a decent product.

Buy Simoniz USA Products Online - Pressure Washers, Car Care, As Seen on TV (http://www.simonizusa.com/Consumer/products/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=1752)

I used to use it all the time till I found Blue Coral 2 step treatment for car finishes. A liquid scratch remover and a paste wax. Both products were blue.

In the 70's I found Mothers 3 step treatment and used that for a long long time.

Then the internet came along and the rest is history.

I used to have some of their apc or citrus degreaser, can't remember which one, was in an orange bottle, was a pretty decent product.

I tried some of them and didn't like them at all...I think it's the cheapest brand in Walmart...even cheaper then Armor All of Turtle wax...
You get what you pay for, I would even waste my time...
