I am considering using Optimum Powerclean dilulted 3 to 1 as a pre-wash cleaner for my rocker panels, wheel wells and maybe my wheels. My question is will it remove the wax/sealant from my paint and from my wheels? If this is the case I am notgoing to do this. Are there any other cleaners I can use that wont strip wax as a pre-wash cleaner for the grimier parts of my truck before I do an actual wash? How abou powerclean undiluted? too strong?

Now that is an interesting response.

People claim ONR will remove grease and oil from wheels ...if so it must be removing wax on the car too. I have not seen ONR remove much from wheels that normal soap or water could do...

i use 10:1 for what you are describing (on rocker paint/front bumper/front of mirrors), 3:1 for wheels, and 1:1 for wells if initial treatment, 3:1 for upkeep.

doesn't SEEM to remove opti-seal.
