I guess looking to remove grease too but right now more interested with cleaning off salt. How do you use the cleaner, lift the car with a jack then use a spray bottle or put in foam gun :-)

For undercarriage and wells I've been using Amazing Roll Off and follow up with undercarriage spray. ARO will get the grease but I don't know about the salt. No salt in Ca.

Theres a million APC's you could use. The two already mentioned work well. Id also look into Optimum and Megs.

It seems there is no good way to do an under-carriage wash so I go to my local machine car wash place since they do an under-carriage wash as part of the car wash.

But if I did have to do it myself, I would put the front of the car up on ramps and maybe get the rear up with a jack, using the rear differential as the rear jack point. Rinse underneath with a foam cannon or an APC such as P21S Total Auto Wash or Meg's All-Purpose Cleaner.
