what to use on RV roof?

So I picked up an RV this afternoon. Will be detailing it on Friday.
35 foot college party RV...LOL
Just a wash on the exterior and detail the inside. Also wants the headlights restored.

Anyways, I need something for the rubber top. Something that will not leak down and damage the vinyl wrap on the sides. Even though it is kinda rough shape.....
Any suggestions?????

I thought it was a Girls Gine Wild RV when I turned the corner....Nope....darn the luck.
