Hey everyone its been awhile since I've been on here. Anyway I came home about a week ago and my mom showed me this on her bumper

which was done from the side of the house

What would be best to get this paint off her bumper. I tried claybar with no luck. Then went to PC7424 with orange pad and menzerna SIP. Still I had no luck then I tried some scratch remover my dad keeps in the garage and still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You could try a rotary or a more aggressive polish, but I'm thinking that if what you tried already didn't remove any of the paint transfer, you're probably looking at paint damage, not paint transfer.

That looks like its down to the primer and requires a repaint

to get the white off the cheep turtle wax brand rubbing compound would take that off by hand, well most of it anyway, use the pc with an orange pad and on the highest speed it should come off. or use a rotary on speed 3 or so with a yellow pad or a wool pad and some medium duty compound. just my 2 cents

Most of it is gone, it was getting dark so I started to clean up but I took that pic before I finished.
