very nice!! I noticed one exactly like this Friday at the bank cept it was covered in holograms. too bad too because it was an otherwise clean Hyundai.

I'll be doing my '07 Sonata with a Flex 3401 and would appreciate your comments on a couple things.

How hard/soft would you rate the CC?

Did you tape off any areas?

How did the Flex do on some of the narrow surfaces (or did you do those areas by hand)?

What did you use on the black grill?

The clear cote is pretty soft, I don't know what you're using for polish but if you work with menzerna and the car is not bad at all menzerna IP with orange pad and final polish with white pad work awesome.

I tape off any chrome and any emblem to prevent discoloration.

For some narrow surface, I use my porter cable with 4 inch pad with 3.5 backing plate.

And what you want to say with black grill? I don't think I used anything on it. Hope it will help

Thanks! Looks like I'm all set with my current supplies: Flex 3401, Menz IP and FP, LC orange-white-blue pads (and red for LSP application). Finish is in OK condition (except for the rock chips!). Can't wait for a break in the weather.
