Clear coat

I have a buddy of mine wants me to detail his corvette ( 07) is the clear coat soft, medium, hard need to know so I can have a game plan to polish, If is either one say med what polish would you start with? I have xmt#3, merzerna p106ff, merzernz power gloss and assortment of pads and a rotory.:righton:

The corvettes Ive done have been hard, it seems fairly typical of GM to be on the hard side.

hard .... SIP and 106FF are needed for best results.

Start with 106 and move up to PG if necessary.:buffing:
