So many sealers but what to choose?? Cost isn't a concern, durability/shine is what I expect! Any good choices??

Wolfgang, if you have more time Z2 and/or Z5. There are plenty of good ones. What I don’t care for are Maguiars or Mothers.

Last week, I have just tried the Wolfgang DGPS on dark color, and the Opti-Seal on white. Totally love them. My white Audi just glistens and pops. Its curb appeal got bumped even more! Not sure about durability since this is my first try, but should last at least until mid-winter based on posts here.

Duragloss 105 is rated to last for one year. It has a nice shine and it is very easy to apply and remove. I think it just comes down to what type of shine or look that you are going for and how important ease of use is for you.

Also, there are some questions:

Do you want something with or without cleaning abilities?

Are you going to use this as a stand-alone product, or do you want to layer it on top of something or as the first coat, with another product on top?

I have Four Star UPP, 3M Performance Finish, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, and Poorboy's in my arsenal right now.

I like WGS 3.0, 4* UPP, Gloss-It Gloss Finish and Deep Finish Swax. I'm an on again, off again carnauba guy. All these sealants give a clear, deep, wet, carnauba like look.

It does. It is the only sealant I use. I have done tests with other sealants and it always outlasts them. It stays very slick and looks great. It makes washing really easy for a long time.

Top it with Duragloss Aqua Wax and it will look jaw dropping on any color.

:iagree::whs: And precede it with 501 to make it the best.

Im sorry to revive an old thread but I thought that other may have the same question at some point.

Waxman (or anyone that has used both) how would you compare wolfgang dgps 3.0 to gloss-it gloss finish? which gives more of a wet look to the paint?

I am after the maximum wet look sealant.

I proceed it with #601, but #501 is a good choice also.
