9 Year old White Truck, been waxed but no correction ever done. It is Very Badly Swirled. I could not capture pictures of how bad it is because of the color, if it was black it would be very rough...

I used a LCC Foam Wool Pad with Menz Power Gloss and the swirls were still present, but defiently better. Then tried a LCC Orange with Powergloss and got better...So i decided to do half the hood to see how it would look at the end of a complete process..So after the Power Gloss I did Menz IP, Menz Nano, Menz 85Rd, then top wityh Souvern...

The swirls are al gone, BUT there is still markings(scratches) in the Paint, Im using thse pads a rotary at proper speed and the abbrassives are diminished...

AND, Technically, after doing Power Gloss, shouldn't ALL swirls be removed? The polishing steps be used to re-jewel the finish remove trails..... so why would the swirls get better as i progressed...?

I am expecting a relitively flawless finish, as there is are no deep scratches, but i still cant seem to remove them all....AM I Expecting to much?(still an amatuer with my Rotary)

any hints, sorry for no photos but i cant capture them with the color...

Feed back please

How many passes with PG?
Maybe you need to try some M105 or Hi Temp Extreme Cut?
It really is hard to get a 100% finish.
After the compound use Menz SIP try a white pad
Then 106ff with a black pad, maybe step up to a white pad
Finish with 85 and a blue pad

yah, that above process is exactly what i did.

I did 2 passes with the Power Gloss, one with LCC Foam Wool, and one with LCC Orange...5"

I beleive its the powergloss step not doing what its suppose to...any tips for usage? It doenst really seem to be cutting into the CC really, Maybe im not loading the pad correctly?
