I like Simple Green... Cheap, works well, and available locally at Home Depot or Lowes...

303 Cleaner=dilution ratios make it a pretty good bang for the buck. I keep a bottle of 20:1 and another of 30:1.
I think the label says 5:1 to clean the inside of oil tankers but I've never used it that strong.

I use Megs mostly or Simple Green if I'm in a pinch. They both work well, and I've found tons of uses for the Megs at different dilution ratios.

Auto Magic Special Cleaner. Very cheap and can be diluted for heavy applications like greasy engines as well as light ones like leather.

Another fan of Majestic Solutions Super Green Stuff and I like the one they have called Tidal Wave too.

I like greased lightning diluted, but it is def. strong and I don't like the smell. I ordered a gallon of APC+ so we will see how that goes!

Watch out for Simple Green as it is a very harsh cleaner. GM specifically mentions it in a service bulletin saying that it will penetrate into things like laminated emblems, causing them to cloud with condensation.

I do use Simple Green--it's great for cleaning my coffee pot and mug and I'll also use for filthy, solid plastic parts REMOVED from vehicles.

One of my favorite GP cleaners is called "Now". Not sure if it's still available. I bought a gallon of concentrate years ago, and dilute it about 15-1 for general light cleaning.
