What will work well with cleaning up a chrome bumber? Will Flitz Metal Polish, Fiberglass and Paint Restore work well or will it's cleaners scratch the chrome?

Also, what works well to clean up a vinyl roof? Roof was wash but still looks dull and dirty.

This is not for me, someone at work asked.

Chrome -- Flitz , Wolfgang Metalwerks, or Surf City Chrome

Vinyl Roof -- Ragtopp Vinyl Kit, or 303

Sorry, forgot this - what OTC products woukld you suggest? The guy just got married and can barely afford doing this so I was hoping for some cost effective products that he can just run to the store to get.
