in this pic you can see what looks like a crap job done with touch up paint along with a nice long streak of something sticky
http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g96/tonytony_2006/023-1.jpg
what looks liek some more award winning touch up (good job mom)
http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g96/tonytony_2006/026.jpg
and this is what the bumper looks like right below the trunk
http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g96/tonytony_2006/027-1.jpg
and of course, a typical NY bumper

well what do you guys think?
PowerGloss SIP or keep dreaming?
what will happen when going over the touch up with a compound or polish?
recommendations for geting that sticky tar like stuff off? i have goo gone, but open to other things
as for the corners of the bumper i was just planning on avoiding it so as to not shred the pad
maybe even go over the car with a glaze?
this car will prove to be a challenge, nothing like polishing a terd
*edit
i will be using a pc 7424
