On my show car I need some type of protectant for the semi gloss and full gloss black and various other items in the engine compartment . Collinite Liquid Insulator #845 claims a gloss finish , but in some areas I do not want or need a full gloss . What would work for this situation and withstand the heat and still be easy to keep clean and durable ?

Ive always used Klasse AIO on painted items and 303 Protectant on the lines. It looks natural and clean and the the light cleaners in AIO help to remove any water spots. Right before showing you could hit them with any detailing spray for addtl gloss and bling. Try the Four Star Spray Wax on blacks for a wicked wet and reflective look.

This is more addicting than the Mississippi gambling casinos one hour away .

^LOL! Yeah no kidding.
303 for matte or CD2 Engine Detailer for more gloss.

dont use anything with silicones (usually offering high shine sold at OTC) as it will attract dirt and dust and becomes harder to clean.

CD-2 would get my vote. Buff down for matte finish or leave as is for more gloss.
