i just got done washing, clay baring, polishing, and waxing my 2007 tundra. i used the klasse sealant, and topped it off with 2 coats of signature series 2 wax. it seems to me that the wax didnt make it as shiny or reflective as i wanted. but this is my first silver vehicle so i dont know if its the paint color or what. i had a black porsche before this one and every time it was polished and waxed, i could read the street sign down the block in the reflection. lol. i was wondering if anybody had recommendations for silver paint... thanks.

i think the best waxes for silvers are: Sig Series II, Max Wax, & liquid souveran

hi

Silver will never shine as much as well done black car but it will never look as bad as a neglected black car. It's a great color if you don't want to waste time to maintain it. Then again if you on this forum you're probably as crazy as me lol.

Sig Series II or DP Max Max here too...

I used Souveran Paste on my previous silver Vette and loved the wet-look. Didnt necessarily bring out the metallic, but I didnt care.

Like Dave said you are never going to get silver paint to reflect like black.

I have a silver car. I find the best for absolute shine has been Opti-seal. I also like AW on top of it as a maintenance item. I have found the sig II and Max give a 'warmer' look. Both looks are great but the silver and the flake 'pop' the most with Opti-seal and AW.

yeah thats what some other people are saying around here to. it looks good pretty much no matter what. when it gets dirty it just dulls. but when its clean it shines. not as much as black but good enough. black is a high maintanence color though. the Sig series II wax is one of the best waxes i've used so i guess its the color of my vehicle thats letting me down.. lol. thanks for everybodys response.

Collinite IW845 looks good on silver and has durability better than most waxes.

I use Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant on my silver car. I like it very much. :)

I have not personally used it, but I have seen several comments on other sites that Natty's Red adds some real depth to silver.
